Sambucus gaudichaudiana is a perennial shrub native to eastern Australia. It has pinnate leaves with three to eleven leaflets, small white flowers, and small but edible fruit. It grows in cool forests and shady gorges. The berries are edible and can be eaten raw or cooked.
