Valeriana montana, also known as mountain valerian, is a type of flowering plant found in the Caprifoliaceae family. It is primarily found in the mountainous regions of Europe, including Spain, Italy, the Alps, the Balkans, and the eastern Carpathians. This plant can be purchased from commercial suppliers.
