Hibbertia incompta is a species of flowering plant found only in the Northern Territory. It is a small, low-growing shrub with hairy leaves and yellow flowers. The flowers have 45 to 60 stamens arranged in groups around the carpels. This plant was first described in 2010 and is found in woodland areas with sandy soil. Its conservation status is currently listed as "data deficient".
