Abobra is a type of plant that belongs to the gourd family and is made up of only one species, Abobra tenuifolia. It is a perennial plant that can grow up to 4 meters tall and is found in South America, specifically in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. This plant is often grown for its attractive appearance and its edible fruits. The flowers of Abobra have a strong scent and are light green in color, blooming during the months of July and August. The fruit of this plant is round and measures 14 mm in diameter. It is also known by the name cranberry gourd.
