Begonia xanthina is a type of flowering plant that belongs to the Begoniaceae family. It is commonly found in the eastern Himalayas, Assam, and southwestern Yunnan in China. This plant grows up to 40 cm and is usually found near streams on rocky hills up to 800 m in elevation. It is similar to Begonia rex, but has yellow flowers and light green splotches on its leaves.
