Eriogonum nervulosum, also known as Snow Mountain buckwheat, is a rare species of wild buckwheat found in the inland North Coast Ranges of California. It is mostly found in Lake County and is named after the local peak, Snow Mountain. This low-growing perennial herb has woolly leaves and produces small clusters of pale yellow to dark pink flowers. It thrives in serpentine soils and can be cultivated in rock gardens with some success. However, it is still considered an uncommon plant due to its limited occurrences in the wild.
