Eriogonum diclinum, also known as Jaynes Canyon buckwheat, is a species of wild buckwheat native to the Klamath Mountains of northern California and southern Oregon. It is a small dioecious shrub, growing up to 20 centimeters in height, with woolly, greenish gray, oval-shaped leaves up to two centimeters long. The plant produces yellow to reddish rounded inflorescences, with male plants producing clusters of staminate flowers and female plants producing larger clusters of pistillate flowers. The fruit is a small, bumpy, three-angled achene. It is an uncommon member of plant communities on serpentine soils.
