Drosera whittakeri, also known as the scented sundew or Whittaker's sundew, is a plant native to South Australia and Victoria. It has broad spathulate leaves arranged in a rosette, which can be green, orange-yellow, or red in color. The plant produces up to 20 white flowers at a time, with a main flowering period from May to November. It was first described by Jules Émile Planchon in 1848 and named after botanist Joseph Whittaker. There are two recognized subspecies, with one being elevated to species status in 2008. The authors also argue for another species, Drosera praefolia, to be considered separate from D. whittakeri.
