Stellaria nemorum, also known as wood stitchwort, is a perennial flowering plant in the Caryophyllaceae family. It can grow up to 60 cm tall and blooms from May to August. The leaves are opposite, with the upper ones being sessile and the lower ones having petioles. The flowers are white and have 5 deeply bifid petals, 10 stamens, and 3 styles. This plant is native to Europe and is commonly found in wet areas of deciduous forests, particularly beech forests.
