Atriplex pusilla, also known as smooth saltbush or dwarf orach, is a small annual herb found in the Northwestern United States. It grows in saline and alkaline soils, often near hot springs and ephemeral ponds. The plant has a stiff, branching stem and fleshy, rounded leaves that are less than 2 centimeters long. Its tiny flowers are found in pairs or singly.
