Atriplex polycarpa, also known as allscale, cattle spinach, allscale saltbush, or cattle saltbush, is a plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae family. It is found in the Southwestern United States, California, and northern Mexico. This plant typically blooms during the months of July and August.
