Draba cruciata, also known as the Mineral King draba, is a rare flowering plant found only in California's Sierra Nevada region, specifically in Tulare County. It was named after the historic valley of Mineral King. This plant is well-adapted to high mountain climates and has small, hairy leaves and yellow flowers. Its stem produces spaced fruits called siliques, which are about a centimeter in length.
