Diplotaxis antoniensis is a vulnerable species of flowering plants that belongs to the Brassicaceae family. It is only found on the island of Santo Antão in Cape Verde and is typically found in arid, semi-arid, and sub-humid areas at elevations between 1,100 and 1,500 metres.
