Plagiobothrys fulvus, also known as field popcornflower or fulvous popcornflower, is a flowering plant in the borage family. It is found in California, Oregon, and Chile and is commonly seen in grasslands. This annual herb has a hairy stem that can reach up to 60 centimeters in height. Its leaves are arranged in a rosette at the base of the stem and along its length, and are covered in hairs that release purple juice when crushed. The flowers are small and white, with a calyx of sepals that are slightly longer than the corolla. The plant produces small, ribbed nutlets as fruit.
