Phacelia hydrophylloides, also known as waterleaf phacelia, is a perennial herb found in California, Oregon, and Nevada. It grows in mountain habitats such as meadows and forests, with hairy stems and toothed or lobed oval leaves. Its inflorescence is a dense coil of bell-shaped flowers that are white to purple-blue in color. This species is commonly found in the southern Cascade Range and Sierra Nevada.
