Stylidium debile, also known as the frail triggerplant, is a carnivorous plant found in coastal areas of Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. It is an herbaceous annual plant that grows up to 30 cm tall and produces pink flowers year-round. Its habitat consists of sandy or silty clay soils near creeks or swamps, often with Melaleuca quinquenervia and Lophostemon suaveolens. This species is closely related to S. paniculatum but differs in its inflorescence form and the presence of bracts. It was previously listed as two varieties, but in 1999, one of the varieties was elevated to a separate species. S. debile is one of the few Stylidium species that can be grown in cultivation, and it is propagated through division of its vegetative clones. While it is an annual in its native range, it is mostly a perennial in cultivation.
