Goodenia ochracea is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the Goodeniaceae family and is found only in the extreme west of Western Australia. It is a small herb with stolon-forming stems and clusters of lance-shaped leaves at the base of the plant. The flowers are deep yellow and arranged in racemes, with flowering occurring from June to October. This plant was first described in 1990 and its specific epithet, ochracea, refers to the color of its petals. It is found in sandy soil in the Carnarvon-Shark Bay area and is not considered threatened by the Government of Western Australia.
