Goodenia inundata is a flowering plant that belongs to the Goodeniaceae family and is found only in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. It is a small, upright herb with narrow egg-shaped leaves and produces purple or maroon flowers with a yellow center. The plant typically grows to a height of 15-34 cm and blooms from May to June. It was first described in 2001 and its name, inundata, refers to its habitat in seasonally flooded areas. This species is found in the north-western part of the Northern Kimberley region and is considered a priority species due to its limited distribution and lack of information about its population.
