In summary, Senecio tamoides, also known as Canary creeper, is a climbing plant native to Southern Africa. It is popular as an ornamental plant for its yellow flowers and can grow up to 10 meters tall. It has grapevine-like leaves and is fast-growing, with stems that are purplish and semi-succulent. The plant is also used medicinally and can be grown from seeds or stem cuttings. However, it has become invasive in some areas, such as Australia, where it has escaped from gardens and is listed as a pest plant in certain regions.
