Hieracium albiflorum, also known as white hawkweed or white-flowered hawkweed, is a widespread plant in the Asteraceae family. It can be found in western North America, ranging from Alaska to Mexico and east to Manitoba and South Dakota. While there have been reports of populations in other areas, they are likely the result of human introduction. This plant is typically found in forests and woodlands at low to moderate elevations. It is similar to the common dandelion, but can be distinguished by its multiple flower heads per plant, with up to 50 in a flat-topped arrangement. Each head contains 6-25 white ray flowers, unlike most related species which have yellow flowers.
