Ozothamnus thyrsoideus, also known as sticky everlasting, is a flowering shrub that is native to south-eastern Australia. It typically grows to be 0.5 to 2 metres tall and has leaves that are 15 to 30 mm long and 1.5 to 2 mm wide. Its flowerheads appear in clusters at the end of branches during the summer. This species was first described by Swiss botanist Augustin Pyramus de Candolle in 1838, using plant material collected in Tasmania. It can be found in subalpine regions of New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, and Tasmania.
