Olearia lehmanniana is a shrub species belonging to the Asteraceae family, found only in inland areas of south-west Western Australia. It has elliptic or linear leaves with dense hair on the lower surface and produces pale mauve, daisy-like inflorescences. The plant can grow up to 1.3 meters in height and has a spread of 0.3 meters. It flowers from February to April and produces orange-brown achene fruits. The species was first described in 1845 and was later renamed in 2008 to honor Johann Georg Christian Lehmann. Olearia lehmanniana can be found in various habitats in different biogeographic regions of Western Australia and is not considered a threatened species.
