Isocarpha megacephala is a species of plant found in northeastern Brazil. It is an annual or perennial herb that grows up to 50 cm tall, with leaves up to 7 cm long. Each plant produces several flower heads, each 8-10 mm across, with 200-300 white disc flowers but no ray flowers. The flower heads are larger than other species in the family Asteraceae.
