Hieracium pringlei, also known as Pringle's hawkweed, is a plant species found in North America. Belonging to the tribe Cichorieae in the Asteraceae family, it is native to Mexico and can also be found in Guatemala, Arizona, and New Mexico. This herb can grow up to 45 cm tall and has woolly hairs. Its leaves are found both on the stem and in a rosette at the base, and can reach up to 200 mm in length. The leaves are hairy and may have teeth along the edges. The plant produces 3-20 flower heads on a single stalk in a flat-topped arrangement. These flower heads contain 12-15 yellow ray flowers, but no disc flowers.
