Helenium laciniatum is a perennial plant that belongs to the sunflower family and is native to North America. It can be found in the states of Sinaloa and Sonora in northwestern Mexico. This small herb typically grows up to 20 cm in height and has pinnately lobed or compound leaves. It produces multiple flower heads on long, thin stalks.
