Croptilon rigidifolium, commonly known as the stiff-leaf scratchdaisy, is a species of flowering plant native to the US State of Texas and the Mexican State of Nuevo León. It is an herb that can reach up to 150 cm (5 feet) in height, and has yellow flower heads with both ray florets and disc florets. It belongs to the tribe Astereae within the family Asteraceae.
