Crepis pleurocarpa, also known as nakedstem hawksbeard, is a flowering plant found in the western United States. It grows in dry, wooded or open areas, often on serpentine soils. This taprooted perennial herb can reach up to 60 centimeters in height and has lance-shaped, lobed leaves. Its inflorescence consists of many flower heads with golden yellow ray florets and no disc florets. The fruit is a narrow, ribbed achene with a white pappus. This plant is commonly found in Washington, Oregon, northern California, and western Nevada.
