Centaurea demirizii, also known as Demiriz's centaury, is a herbaceous plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. This species is found exclusively in Turkey and was first identified and named by Gerhard Wagenitz in 1960. It is a unique and rare plant that is native to Turkey's diverse ecosystem.
