Arnica spathulata, also known as Klamath arnica, is a rare flowering plant found in the Klamath Mountains of northwestern California and southwestern Oregon. It grows in woodland areas on serpentine soils and is a rhizomatous perennial herb with hairy, glandular stems. The plant has pairs of lance-shaped leaves and produces clusters of flowers with yellow disc florets. Its fruit is an achene with a white pappus. This species is only found in a few counties and is considered a rare and unique plant in North America.
