Antennaria umbrinella, also known as umber pussytoes or brown pussytoes, is a North American flowering plant in the Asteraceae family. It is found in southwestern Canada and the western United States, growing in a variety of habitats and elevations. This perennial herb has erect stems and woolly leaves, and produces flower heads with fuzzy phyllaries. It is dioecious, with male and female flowers on separate plants, and produces small achene fruits with a long pappus of hairs.
