Acourtia nana, also known as desert holly or dwarf desertpeony, is a type of perennial plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is native to North America and can be found in the Sonoran and Chihuahuan Desert regions in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. This plant is characterized by its small size and rare, fragrant flowers that have a scent reminiscent of jasmine or violets. It is a unique and beautiful addition to the desert landscape.
