Epidendrum geminiflorum is a type of orchid that is found in tropical regions of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. It grows at high elevations and has a unique growth pattern where it produces upright stems covered in sheathes and ending in leaves and a terminal spathe. The flowers of this orchid are fleshy and come in shades of yellow-green to brown-green, with curled sepals and a trilobate lip. This orchid is a beautiful addition to any tropical environment.
