Dichoropetalum stridii is a perennial flowering plant that belongs to the Apiaceae family and is found exclusively in NW Greece. It can be found in various habitats such as pastures, rocky areas, and gravelly places, typically on ophiolithic substrates but occasionally on schist. This plant blooms from July to August and was first discovered by Elli Stamatiadou. The holotype of this plant is kept at the herbarium of Goulandris Natural History Museum (ATH). It was named after Arne Strid, a renowned Swedish botanist who is an expert on the flora of Greece.
