Apiastrum is a genus of flowering plant in the Apiaceae family, consisting of only one species, Apiastrum angustifolium, also known as mock parsley. It is found in Arizona, California, and northwestern Mexico, and can thrive in various types of environments. This annual herb has a branching stem and leaves that are divided into narrow lobes. The inflorescence, which can appear from leaf axils, consists of small white flowers with five pointed petals.
