Anthurium warocqueanum, also known as the Queen Anthurium, is a plant species native to Colombia. It is often grown as a houseplant or in greenhouses for its beautiful foliage. This plant belongs to the velvet-leaved Anthuriums group and can grow up to 3-4 feet long. It was first discovered in 1874 by Gustav Wallis and is named after Belgian horticulturalist Arthur Warocqué. While it is highly sought after for its striking appearance, it can be challenging to care for, needing specific conditions such as high humidity and indirect light.
